Introducing the Formax FD 7200 Special 2F, one of the many additions to the new 7200 Series Inserters by Formax. This high volume modular inserter features a tower feeder sheet capacity of two 1,000-sheet Flex Feeders. The speedy processing capability of up to 4,800 envelopes per hour makes the 7200 ideal for any production environment. With unlimited programmable capacity, simply input a job into the 15" touchscreen inferface, and the system will automatically configure the settings. The top-loading envelope hopper holds up to 800 #10 envelopes or 500 flats in landscape orientation. The Flex-Feeders allow the user to insert more materials than the typical folder/inserter, such as 50-page documents, coated and glossy booklets, and DVDs. Other inserting features include double document detection, daily mail mode, and air assist insertion. Capable of reading several types of codes, including Single-Track OMR, Dual-Track OMR, 1D Barcode, and 2D Data Matrix Barcode, the 7200 can then print the choosen code any where on the document.
