At Whitaker Brothers, we stand by the quality of our data destruction and office equipment; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Request an RMA
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any equipment back to our facility.
Secure the Equipment
Carefully repackage your machine in its original factory crating or box, including all manuals, power cords, and accessories to prevent transit damage.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping label and send the package via a traceable carrier to our designated service center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, we will process your refund or credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
